I had heard an ad for an Outlander on the radio, so I called. I spoke to Ruthy on the phone and was impressed with her no pressure attitude, and her patience and kindness in taking the time to answer my 100 questions. We checked with their competitors in Grand Blanc and received pushy, arrogant sales tactics that didn't deliver on any promises they made. We went back to Ruthy. It has all the bells and whistles of a "GM, Ford or Dodge" product... at a fraction of the cost and a better warranty!
